DON TONYAN GIVES REPORT ON WEEKEND BB&B

   Club members listen intently as Don Tonyan reports on the Brews, Blues, and Barbecue festival held at Petersen Park Friday through Sunday this past weekend.  Gathered at the first meeting of the club since the event, Thursday noon, August 6th, at the McHenry Country Club, Tonyan describes it as one of the smoothest run of the annual events with record attendance and participation.  Club President, Tony Huemann, also praised the members for their work and contributions during the weekend, working the front gate, selling beer tickets, controlling parking, and numerous other jobs.  One couple commented as they left the park area Saturday night, "this was where we met last year and became engaged, we could not miss it this year... we're getting married in two months."
