To Members of the Rotary Club of McHenry, John Meyer from "Friends in Service Here" (FISH of McHenry – Food Pantry) presented a PowerPoint on our local FISH food pantry.  FISH makes food available to those who need it.  Members learned that FISH has no paid employees; rather, everyone at FISH is a volunteer, even its three directors.  Members also learned that for every $1 donated to FISH, FISH is able to procure $8 of food for distribution through its food pantry.

Following John’s presentation, Keith Desmet (co-owner of Twisted Limits Escape Rooms) presented a $500 check to FISH; these funds will enable FISH to purchase $4,000 of food for distribution to those who need it.  Twisted Limits is at 3735 W Elm Street in McHenry, IL.
