Kansas City Barbeque Society BBQ Cook-Off

When Ron Schrader is not teaching P.E. at Johnsburg Junior High School, throughout the Midwest Ron regularly competes in Kansas City Barbeque Society Sanctioned BBQ Cook-Offs.  Ron was a guest of the Rotary Club of McHenry at our regular Thursday lunch meeting.

 

The Club invited Ron to share his experience and advice as we develop this year’s KCBS BBQ Cook-Off at Blues, Brews and Barbecue August 18-20, 2017 in Petersen Park). 

 

Ron – thank you for helping us better plan an excellent experience for all competitors.
